Appearance: Long matted black hair, faraway gaze, somehow always cold even in the height of summer so thick dresses and shawls are a staple. Always smells like herb mixtures.

History:

• Born in the south on the prairies outside Fairport.


• Taught a lot about herbalism and how to make basic poultices and tonics, also a tiny bit of arithmetic.


• Learned a little midwifery from aunt; lots of religious education in there too.

• Moved to Northcliff Pass on her own, blind, and tight-lipped about her past; quietly tucked herself into a herbalist role several years ago and has drawn no negative attention to herself since.

Personality: Quiet and withdrawn, thoughtful and introspective, curious about pretty much everything despite herself and don't you dare accuse her of that because she would prefer not to seek out new people and things, hard to win over, must have +540 friendship to unlock backstory, enjoys the simple and quiet life, will accept bad things happening rather than try to change them.

Abilities:

• Herbalism and thus gardening


• Enough midwifery knowledge to probably avoid killing a newborn child or the child's mother so long as she has a good assistant she can direct


• Withering stare that would be a lot more potent if she could actually focus on people, but since she can't, it's more just funny


• Vice -- affinity to wind/air, would rather cut off a finger than admit to having this or using it

Reputation: Quiet and polite village herbalist who seems a bit standoffish but nice enough. Blind, the poor thing. Doesn't really leave her garden, but there's no one better if you need a tonic.
